Challenge

UBS decided to optimise the bank’s investment management process, covering strategic planning, portfolio management, technology delivery and the change management roadmap. Being a global company UBS was looking for an end-to-end solution which is able to support its global operations and can work across different business lines and its highly complex organisation.

Solution

UBS selected Clarity PPM and implemented portfolio, project, financial and resource management features in a three-phased program and worldwide roll-out in all countries to 25,000 end-users. The Implementation started in 2015 and was completed within two years.
